Whether you're spending the day on the beach or splashing round the pool, it's important to look after your feet.
1. Moisturise Your Feet
Cracks or open skin on the feet can be an entry for bacteria and debris which leads to an infection. Prevent this before stepping out onto the beach by moistuiring daily. We recommend our Simply Feet Foot Cream.
3. Sunscreen is Key
Not only is it important to protect the soles of our feet, but the top of our feet too! In the hot weather, the tops of your feet can be prone to burning. Make sure you apply sunscreen regularly to the tops of your feet to prevent this.
4. After Beach Soak
After splashing your feet in the water and walking on the sand, treat your feet to a foot soak. We recommend the Dermatonics Sensory Foot Soak. Once your feet have dried, re-apply some Simply Feet foot cream.
