It features the soft "Shock Dots" for shock absorption at the heel and the balls of the feet (the metatarsal head). It has a soft and wide-centred gel pad raised for metatarsal relief. The silicone base is hard wearing to prolong the life of the insole, and will not flatten.
The full length is best suited for boots and active trainers.
