The leather upper provides breathability and stretch Lycra to accommodate your foot.The removable gel insole offers cushioning and support. It benefits from softer gel under the ball of foot and heel area for enhanced cushioning.

Dr Comfort Douglas Shoes are supplied with removable gel cushioning insoles, blue filler insoles and a Dr Comfort shoe horn. The blue filler insoles can be placed underneath the gel insoles to reduce the fit by half a size, ideal if you have feet that are slightly different sizes.
